Art Therapy: Fractals

Fractal drawing is a reflection of our life on a paper.

Fractal is an easy way to express yourself and to understand your inner self.

Fractal helps you to relax, to encourage creativity.

You can see the world through different perspective and various colors.  It's a method suitable for any age group, to draw a fractal you do not need to know how to draw, or to be talented in the art field, the art therapy focus on the art creative process itself.

We will discuss shortly about the importance of this form of therapy and then start the laboratory.
