Close Your Eyes

 Il progetto CLOSE YOUR EYES punta allo sviluppo delle proprie sensazioni, la comprensione di sé stessi e il nostro rapporto col mondo attraverso i nostri cinque sensi: vista, udito, gusto, olfatto, tatto.

L'idea di questo evento nasce dal laboratorio che ogni settimana ha luogo a Mistero Buffo Acireale, un'occasione per portare l'attività all'esterno del centro e creare un grande evento che possa essere un momento di scoperta, terapia personale, crescita.

Durante questo evento potrete: - Esperire la mostra allestita dal  Polo tattile multimediale di Catania - Entrare in contatto con la natura del luogo e con gli altri partecipanti - Sviluppare la fiducia negli altri - Avere dei momenti di silenzio in cui concentrarvi su voi stessi - Mangiare ad occhi chiusi usando solo le proprie mani - Provare a stabilire una connessione con gli altri e sviluppare la propria forza interiore

Cosa offriamo: - Uno spazio sicuro e un'atmosfera accogliente - Un'esperienza basata sull'emotività piuttosto che la razionalità - La possibilità di scoprire lati nascosti di sé e comprendersi meglio

L'idea è di avere un evento che possa pure essere un'esperienza perché no terapeutica in qualche modo, è per questo che il numero di partecipanti è limitato (circa 20-26 persone).

Project CLOSE YOUR EYES” focuses on the developing of our feelings, the understanding of ourselves and our relationship with the world through our five senses: sight, hearing, taste, smell, touch. We have laboratory each week in Mistero Buffo Acireale but I have idea to create big event such as therapy in more deeply way.

During this  event you have possibility: • To see exhibition which will be prepared Polo tattile multimediale • To try find yourself in contact with nature and other participants •       try to find a solution in a situation that torments you for a long time • to be in the silent with your mind and with your thinking • try to leave control and trust other person • to eat with closed eyes use only your hands • try to feel each other and find power which everyone have insite

What you will receive: • Save, understanding and warm atmosphere • Understanding yourself from the  side of feeling • The opportunity to complete an unresolved situation which everyone have in own  life to do some exercises • The opportunity to discover the unknown sides of your identity The idea that it will be event with therapy that’s we have limited number of participants 20-26.

The main idea of this event to give participants to create trust atmosphere where everyone can open themselves and in the end have result in deeply way.
